In this pivotal role, you will craft high-quality, persuasive tender proposals that clearly communicate the company's value, expertise, and purpose. Working closely with bid managers and subject matter experts, you'll help develop winning strategies and contribute directly to business growth. Role Responsibilities: Create persuasive, client-focused content for complex bids and proposals. Collaborate with bid managers and subject matter experts to shape winning strategies. Conduct research and gather supporting evidence for proposals. Edit, proofread, and ensure the quality and consistency of submissions. Coach and mentor junior team members. Support bid/no-bid decisions and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with ITT requirements and deadlines. Translate technical information into clear, engaging content. Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. Key Criteria: Extensive experience as a Bid Writer within a professional services environment. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong research and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Understanding of UK procurement legislation. Full UK driving licence (essential due to office location). Desirable: Experience with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot). Familiarity with Adobe InDesign. APMP Accreditation.
