Switch Jam is a B2B marketing agency working with SaaS, software, and specialist B2B companies. We are looking for a Revenue & Growth Operations Lead to own the systems, workflows, and operational execution that turn agreed strategy and content into live, joined-up revenue activity. This role supports both Switch Jam’s own growth activity and client-side outbound and nurture workflows. You will work closely with the founder and the Campaign & Content Manager to ensure approved campaign content is implemented correctly, tracked accurately, and coordinated across channels. Key Responsibilities Outbound & Pipeline Operations Build, maintain, and expand ICP-aligned prospect lists Qualify, segment, and enrich contacts in the CRM Run and maintain outbound activity across: • Cold email (e.g. Instantly etc) Client Campaign & Nurture Execution Implement agreed client and in-house growth strategies across: • Instantly cold outreach including, • ActiveCampaign nurture sequences, • CRM segmentation and tagging, • Build and maintain ActiveCampaign automations aligned to campaign content, • Ensure cold outreach, nurture, and follow-up activity are aligned and sequenced correctly You will not define strategy or messaging, but you will be responsible for accurate execution once direction is agreed. CRM, Automation & Delivery Control You should have experience working with automation and workflow tools, such as: • Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation platforms, • ActiveCampaign or comparable marketing automation tools, • Cold email platforms (e.g. Instantly or equivalents), • CRM systems (internal and client-side) We are not focused on a specific interface. What matters is your ability to understand platform limitations, debug unexpected behaviour, work with triggers, conditions, and data mapping, and resolve issues independently rather than relying on step-by-step instructions Deployment, UTMs & Tracking Coordination Own UTM structure, naming conventions, and correct application across campaigns Ensure links, tracking parameters, and redirects are implemented correctly Confirm campaigns are set up correctly across systems before launch Coordinate with GTM / GA4 specialists by: • Passing clear implementation requirements This role does not design attribution models but is accountable for correct implementation. Testing, Deliverability & Risk Control Test automations, triggers, and integrations in a safe and controlled way Ensure testing does not: • Trigger excessive sends, • Damage domain reputation Confirm workflows behave as expected before enabling live sends This role is expected to apply care, judgement, and restraint when testing and launching changes. Workflow & Pre-Meeting Support Own operational follow-up for growth activity Ensure meetings are supported with: • Clean CRM records, • Accurate funnel and campaign status, • Inputs required for competitor or growth audits Reporting & Visibility Track and report on: • Outbound activity levels, • List growth and data quality Skills & Experience Essential • Experience supporting outbound or growth operations, • Strong organisational skills and follow-through, • Comfortable working with CRMs, automation, and multiple tools, • Clear written communication (UK English), • High attention to detail Tools you may work with • Instantly, ActiveCampaign, WordPress, • LinkedIn & Sales Navigator, • LinkedIn automation tools, • Make.com, • Internal and client-side CRMs Nice to Have • Personalisation tools (e.g. Clay.com), • Email deliverability experience, • B2B or SaaS background What Success Looks Like • Campaign content is implemented correctly across outbound and nurture systems, • Cold outreach and nurture workflows support each other, • CRM data quality improves consistently, • Meetings are better prepared and better converted, • Growth operations run reliably without founder intervention How to Apply Please include: • A brief summary of relevant experience, • A short description of how you keep recurring operational work on track, • An up-to-date CV including details of tools and systems you’ve worked with Working Structure • Part-time (15–20 hours per week), • Competitive salary, • UK-based, hybrid but remote considered, • Reporting to the Switchjam Founder
