In this role, you'll carry out on-site work (surveys, installations and maintenance jobs) while ensuring exceptional quality of work by our Subcontractors'. Further, you will offer electrical installation expertise across the business and specifically to the Engineering team in delivering new products and services. Responsibilities: Site visits: Lead on-the-road hardware maintenance and own responsibilities related to the company vehicle. Lab & maintenance work: Lead electrical planning and maintenance in the lab, including the rooftop solar setup, working alongside the Test Engineer. Safety & quality management: Foster a safety culture, conduct inspections, and ensure all equipment is correctly installed and protected. Audits: Develop, document, and roll out a new auditing process across the subcontractor network. Accreditations: Achieve NICEIC/NAPIT accreditation and sign off all completed work, notifying relevant bodies as necessary. Lead new product testing (Installation side): Lead the testing and design of installation processes for all new products with the Engineering Team.
