    ABOUT THE ROLE: We're a long-established property management company with 13+ years of experience, managing 70+ properties across London. We're a small, close-knit team looking for a reliable and organised Portfolio Assistant to support our day-to-day property operations. The role is mainly coordination and communication — flexible, varied, and with real responsibility from day one Office-based 4–5 days a week, with the rest managed remotely around workload. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: • Manage all maintenance requests via Fixflo — log, chase, and close every job (main focus), • Key management via Keynest — keep records accurate and order replacements as needed, • Chase rent arrears and support the collections process; occasional tenant visits, • Attend property inspections, contractor meetings, and site visits when required, • Support the wider team with general admin and day-to-day tasks WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: • Some experience in property, lettings or facilities — helpful but not essential, • Confident communicator with tenants and contractors by phone and WhatsApp, • Organised and reliable — follows through without needing to be chased, • Comfortable with Fixflo, Keynest or similar tools (full training provided), • Available 4–5 days per week with some flexibility around workload, • Right to work in the UK · English required · Immediate start preferred WHAT WE OFFER • £20,000–£24,000 per annum depending on experience, • Salary reviewed after 3-month probation — perform well and it reflects in your pay, • Genuinely flexible working — office plus remote around workload, • Small, friendly team based in Canary Wharf with direct access to management, • Varied, hands-on role with real ownership and room to grow
