PLEASE NOTE: This job position is for immediate start. Barts Burgers are recruiting for a dark kitchen manager to run our brand new kitchen in the heart of Islington / King’s Cross N7. The Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years kitchen manager experience and hold a minimum level 3 food hygiene certification & allergen certificate. The position is around 45/50 hours per week working every Wednesday to Sunday evening, full training will be provided by our development chef. Bart’s Burgers is a brand street food brand launching not just in King’s Cross with our dark kitchen but this summer with our brand new fully restored classic 1974 American street food truck for events / festivals etc. We are a new brand but have over a decade of experience in the hospitality sector and this job has plenty of potential to grow within the company.
