The Assistant Sales Manager will assist customers in selecting bridal and prom dresses, manage customer inquiries, uphold high standards of customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will collaborate with the boutique team to ensure the overall smooth operation of the store, maintain visual merchandising, support the store manager with day-to-day tasks, and help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Qualifications • Strong sales and customer service skills with a passion for fashion and bridal/prom wear, • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and assist customers, • Proficiency in organizational and time management skills, • Experience in retail or boutique sales, preferably within the bridal, prom, or special occasion sector, • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate records, • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak seasons, • Strong attention to detail, particularly with visual merchandising and inventory management, • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in retail is advantageous
