This is a significant external envelope scheme requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage works within a live environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and Senior Management Team and will take full responsibility for programme, delivery, and overall project performance. The project comprises a comprehensive external refurbishment package including full cladding replacement/installation works, re-roofing works, balcony installations and upgrades, and associated façade and external envelope elements. The works will be delivered in a live occupied environment, requiring careful planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and strict adherence to health and safety standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring minimal disruption to residents/occupants while maintaining programme and quality objectives.
