Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Accepting and logging enquires., • Planning and assigning jobs to engineers., • Creating and submitting reports to clients., • Liaise with clients, providing ETAs and regular status updates., • Maintain Construct / Service Stream with progress., • Plan and Maintain labour resource Smartsheets., • Assist with raising quotes and invoicing., • Assist with compliance coordination and admin duties., • Assist with monthly divisional reporting to the business.
