We are an ambitious new opening centred around a vibrant brunch service by day and a sophisticated small plates menu by night. Our mission is to blend artisanal ingredients with creative flair in a high-energy, beautiful space. We are building our founding front-of-house team from the ground up, and we know that exceptional service and strong leadership are central to everything we do. The Role: Front of House Supervisor We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Front of House Supervisor to help lead our founding team, covering both waitering and bartending duties while overseeing the smooth running of service. You will work in a supportive, fast-paced environment where your leadership is valued and your personality can shine. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead the floor and bar team during service, delegating sections, managing breaks, and stepping in to support wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.
