📍 Location: Brigg, DN20 💰 Basic: £26,000–£30,000 + OTE: £20,000–£50,000 (uncapped) - Earn as much as you can! We’re not looking for a smooth-talking “sales rep” who hides behind a desk. We want a go-getter — someone who’s lived on the shop floor, who understands production, and who can talk to clients in their language. We expect from you to help our Clients get more profit, more time for family and rest and more enjoyment from work minimising their stress. We DO NOT expect to "break sales quotas" or "achieve some target" selling some rubbish which our Clients don't need. FABERTEC is all about being on the same level with our Clients means we helping them not just selling some stuff and forget. 👇 What You’ll Actually Do • Generate new sales (100% new clients – you’re the hunter, not the farmer)., • Use your shop floor knowledge (woodworking or metal fabrication) to show clients how to get better results and profits., • Prepare and run 4 Open Days per year – showing what our machines can do., • Create demos yourself – design laser or CNC jobs to show off machine performance (no babysitting from 5 engineers)., • Use CRM systems, Facebook, and lead apps to manage and grow your own pipeline., • Answer real-world production questions — you’ll be the bridge between engineers and clients., • Update existing Clients on new solutions, upgrades and ways to improve their profitability if we introduce new machine model or upgrade previous 💪 Who We Want - And Need • Someone who’s worked with CNC routers or fibre lasers – joinery or metal fabrication background is a must., • Energetic, practical, down-to-earth, and not afraid to pick up the phone or get their hands dirty., • Understands production, not just sales., • Can find their own leads — we’ll feed you some, but we expect initiative., • A proactive doer, not a “meeting talker.”, • CRM- and tech-savvy, comfortable using lead apps, social media, and automation tools. 🚫 Who Shouldn’t Apply • Desk jockeys., • Lazy people waiting for things to happen., • People allergic to phones, clients, or hard work.
