About the Role We are seeking a QHSE Specialist to ensure that quality, health, safety, and environmental standards are consistently met or exceeded across the organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing management systems, policies, and programs that support safe, efficient, and compliant operations. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, oversee risk management, and help build a strong culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. Key Responsibilities Quality Management • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, • Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to drive continuous improvement Health & Safety • Establish and enforce health and safety policies and procedures, • Carry out risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulations Environmental Compliance • Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives, • Implement programs focused on waste reduction, emissions control, and resource efficiency Risk Management • Identify and mitigate risks related to quality, safety, environment, and facilities, • Implement corrective and preventive actions Training & Awareness • Design and deliver training to promote safe practices and compliance Incident Management • Lead investigations into incidents and implement preventative measures Regulatory Compliance • Stay up to date with relevant legislation and industry standards, • Liaise with regulatory bodies as required Continuous Improvement • Drive initiatives to enhance QHSE performance across the business Reporting & Documentation • Prepare reports, KPIs, and maintain compliance documentation Collaboration • Work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and production teams, • Undertake any other reasonable duties aligned with the role About You • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or similar, • Proven experience in a quality or QHSE role within a manufacturing environment, • Strong track record in implementing and maintaining management systems, • Relevant certifications (e.g., CMQ/OE or similar) are advantageous What’s on Offer • A varied and responsible role within an international industrial organisation, • Opportunities for professional growth and ongoing training, • Supportive and collaborative working environment, • Competitive salary and benefits package, • Generous annual leave
