Insurance Development Executive – Commercial Motor Focus (Midlands) If you enjoy being out in front of clients, spotting opportunities others miss, and building proper long-term relationships — this will make sense. If you prefer hiding behind email and spreadsheets, it won’t. I’m working on a role for an Insurance Development Executive, although I’d also speak to an experienced Account Handler ready to step up into a more client-facing, new business position. What you’ll actually be doing • Meeting prospective clients and properly fact-finding their risks, • Conducting genuine zero-based insurance reviews, • Working closely with underwriters to secure competitive terms, • Presenting and selling insurance proposals confidently Most important? Attitude.
