We are a hospitality business based in Telford, looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our bar operation. This is a full-time, permanent role for someone who takes pride in running a well-organised, welcoming bar and wants to make it their own. You will be hands-on behind the bar and responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Overseeing the day-to-day running of the bar Leading, motivating and training the bar team Planning staff rotas to meet business needs Stock ordering, stock control and cellar management Cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation and basic reporting Maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness and presentation Ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety, and food hygiene requirements Helping to drive trade through events, promotions and a welcoming atmosphere Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a pub or bar Confident leading and motivating a small team Strong knowledge of cellar management, stock control and cash handling Personal Licence holder, or willing to obtain one Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above) Excellent customer service and communication skills Organised, reliable and able to work on your own initiative Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays Must live locally to Telford Full-time, permanent position The chance to take ownership of a bar and put your stamp on it TPBN1_UKCT
