We're looking for a hungry, ambitious Business Development Representative to join our clients team at a pivotal growth stage. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of sales experience who's ready to develop their career in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. As a BDR, you'll be the engine of our sales pipeline—identifying and qualifying prospects across both life sciences and adjacent industries, building relationships from cold outreach, and creating opportunities that fuel our revenue growth. Location: London Salary: 40K Base + Double OTE Pipeline Generation (70% of your time) • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach, • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities, • Research and identify new prospect accounts that fit our ideal customer profile, • Maintain consistent daily activity levels across calls, emails, and touchpoint Qualification & Handover • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and technical requirements, • Qualify leads using our established criteria and frameworks, • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the Account Executive team, • Provide detailed handover notes to ensure smooth transitions Account Intelligence • Maintain and enhance our CRM database with accurate prospect information, • Research target accounts to personalise outreach and identify decision-makers, • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments across life sciences / Automotive / Banking If this sounds of interest, Apply Now!
