Graduate Laboratory Production Technician Berkshire £22,000k 30 hours per week – rotating shifts Driving licence required. We are recruiting a Graduate Laboratory Production Technician to join an established animal healthcare manufacturing team. This hands-on opportunity would suit either a recent science graduate or someone with production experience who is comfortable working at technician level. The role: • Carry out manufacturing and packaging operations in accordance with SOPs., • Work to GMP, quality, hygiene and health and safety standards., • Complete in-process checks, environmental monitoring and batch documentation., • Operate production equipment and perform basic maintenance and changeovers., • Report deviations, safety concerns and mechanical issues promptly., • Support process improvements and wider departmental projects., • Maintain accurate records and a safe, organised working environment. About you: • A science-related degree is preferred but not essential., • Manufacturing, production or laboratory experience would be advantageous., • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach., • Comfortable following regulated procedures and completing documentation., • A proactive and collaborative team player. Shift pattern: The role operates on a rotating three-week pattern: • Monday–Wednesday, 7:30am–6:00pm, • Seven days off, • Thursday–Saturday, 7:30am–6:00pm, • Sunday off, • Monday–Wednesday, 7:30am–6:00pm Due to the site’s location and working hours, applicants must have their own transport.
