Decoration and Assembly: Pipe and apply specified creams, fillings, and frostings to cakes as per recipes and designs. Apply other decorations, such as fruits, edible flowers, chocolate shavings, or sprinkles, in line with Caffe Concerto’s aesthetic standards. Script personalized messages on cakes using various font styles and techniques. Learn and apply basic and intermediate cake decoration techniques to enhance design quality.
