DEPARTMENTS: F&B: Experience the Food & Beverage Department in a luxury resort environment. Culinary Arts: The Culinary Arts intern or trainee will engage in comprehensive training across diverse facets of culinary arts within a professional kitchen environment. Rooms Division: Get hands-on experience in front desk management, reservation systems, and housekeeping. Skills & Experience Required: • Previous experience as a Bar Manager / Assistant Bar Manager / Senior Bartender in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hotel in the UK., • Strong leadership and people-management skills., • In-depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits., • Proven ability to manage budgets, stock control, and financial reporting., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • Personal Licence Holder (preferred but not essential).
