Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Leeds, UK Employment Type: Full-time Security Clearnace- Eligible Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Analyst to lead business analysis efforts for a product. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, managing a team of junior analysts, and driving data-driven decisions to support the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of business processes and technologies. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the business analysis team in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements., • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective solutions., • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies by analyzing current processes and recommending enhancements., • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows., • Oversee the execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business needs., • Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing support and direction in their professional development., • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that could impact the organization., • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a focus on mid-management responsibilities., • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team., • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail., • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)., • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly., • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, JIRA, Confluence). Preferred Qualifications: • Industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus., • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
