What We’re Looking For • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within a multi-site hospitality, retail, or service sector., • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice., • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills., • Commercially aware, proactive, and organised with the ability to work at pace., • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools., • CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification preferred.
