The Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Senior Recruitment Delivery Consultant: • Lead a team of Recruitment Delivery Consultants with the marketing of vacancies, sourcing and screening quality candidates, utilising multiple channels., • Plan, manage the interviews and selection process, facilitate assessment days and attend job fairs., • Manage applicant tracking systems and build high-volume talent pools for current and future hiring needs., • Assist the Recruitment Delivery Manager with the preparation of weekly MI reporting to stakeholders by way of formal meetings. Key Skills & Experience Required: • A UK Driving Licence and the ability to commute to our office 4 days per week., • Reside within daily travelling distance to our Slough office., • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior talent acquisition role within the UK, with a focus on high-volume recruitment. Sector experience within aviation, airports, transport, logistics, hospitality, leisure, or from a fast-paced RPO or recruitment agency environment., • Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing recruitment teams, with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets and continuously improving recruitment delivery and efficiency., • IT proficiency, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
