Knowledge & Experience – Core Requirements Professional & Technical Experience • 3–5 years of relevant experience in client onboarding, compliance coordination or financial management., • Proven ability to independently manage projects, timelines and multiple stakeholders., • Background in billing, WIP management and financial analysis., • Strong relationship‑building skills with clients, colleagues and Service Providers. Language Skills • Fluent in English., • Additional languages desirable. Academic & Technical Qualifications • Degree in finance, business administration, accounting or a related field., • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., NAV)., • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, FLOW)., • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills., • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities., • Ability to work collaboratively and support junior team members.
