Key Responsibilities • Book and coordinate service jobs for approximately 12 engineers, • Coverage split: ~50% Leeds-based and ~50% UK-wide, • Schedule engineers for service work and ensure jobs are allocated appropriately, • Coordinate travel and logistics using a strong understanding of the UK road network, • Liaise with engineers and internal stakeholders to ensure the right engineer is assigned to the right job, and that service jobs are scheduled and managed smoothly, • Maintain an organised booking workflow and keep accurate records of job allocations and engineer availability, • Ensure spares and consumables are charged to the correct job / customer.
