The Role: The MEP Section Engineer is responsible for managing a section of the construction works to ensure successful project delivery in line with client requirements, programme objectives, and business targets, while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, quality, environmental compliance, and cost control. The role involves overseeing multiple work packages and construction activities, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, to specification, and in accordance with the agreed programme, while maximising commercial performance. Working closely with the Commercial team, Site Engineers, Surveyors, and wider project stakeholders, the MEP Section Engineer will coordinate and drive project delivery, ensuring client expectations are consistently met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead by example in promoting a strong culture of health, safety and environmental compliance. The Principal Banker is competent in undertaking all tasks related to, and understands all aspects of, project development and implementation, including project origination, structuring, execution, implementation and monitoring, for all types of investment instruments offered by the Bank. The Principal Banker will act both as a senior member of a project team or as the Operational Leader (OL) / Transaction Leader leading the processing of an EBRD investment operation.
