    Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in high-end residential electrical install, with experience in system design and a solid understanding of technical hardware. This role involves working on diverse projects, from initial concept through to implementation, ensuring that all designs meet the required specifications and standards.Salary will reflect experience, we tend to like to discuss salary expectations with prospective candidates and collaboratively decide on a number both parties are happy with. Responsibilities: • Design and develop electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards., • Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical components., • Develop firmware for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to enhance system functionality., • Perform signal processing tasks to analyse data from various sensors and devices., • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in the electrical industry., • Feedback site status and requirements using job sheet software., • Take responsibility and care for the tools and equipment provided to you., • Communicate between multiple other trade companies we may be working with, from designers to architects, you will need to be able to work collaboratively as well as preemptively prepare for third-party delays. Skills: • NVQ3 & AM2 qualified., • Test + Inspection (EICR) on single phase and three phase installations including documentation., • Excellent presentation, from your work to your appearance, always be well presented, ensure uniform is correct etc. We have quite a high-end client profile so a uniformed front in all aspects of the job is necessary., • Install cable managements and enclosures including internal wiring to a high standard., • Expertise with installing WiFi / LAN systems, • Good understanding of heating systems, including control issue diagnosis., • Hands-on experience with soldering and surface mount technology (SMT)., • Knowledge of lighting dimming protocols and ability to identify and fault find all protocols (eg. phase, 0-10v, DALI), • Passion and a keen interest for what we do! We have two products under one roof: • Pulsle Clients — captures private customer feedback post-visit before it becomes a public negative review, while routing happy customers to Google and TripAdvisor., • Pulsle Frontline — an anonymous, third-party-operated reporting channel for employees to surface HR concerns, safety hazards, compliance risks, and operational issues before they escalate. Both products turn raw signal into operational intelligence: pattern detection, severity scoring, cross-location benchmarking, and executive-ready reports, all powered by AI. The Role We're looking for a hungry, self-directed Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for both Pulsle products. You'll prospect, pitch, and close multi-location operators across the UK. This is a remote-first role with no cap on what you can earn. You'll be selling directly to operations leaders, HR/People heads, marketing decision-makers, and C-level executives at restaurant chains, hotel groups, salon and gym franchises, dental and aesthetic clinics, and similar multi-site businesses. What You'll Do • Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close, • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of single location and multi-location operators (3–20 locations and PE-backed chains with 100+), • Lead consultative product demos tailored to each prospect's vertical and pain points, • Manage pilots, onboarding handoffs, and expansion conversations within accounts, • Feed market intelligence and prospect objections back into product and positioning What We're Looking For • B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with SMB or mid-market accounts, • Proven track record of closing inbound and outbound deals end-to-end, • Comfortable selling into hospitality, beauty, fitness, healthcare, or franchise verticals (a strong plus, not a hard requirement), • Strong written and verbal English, • Self-starter mentality, this is a remote, founder-led environment with no hand-holding, • Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Hunter.io, HubSpot or similar CRMs, and modern outbound stacks, • Disciplined pipeline hygiene and CRM rigor Compensation • 55% commission, uncapped on all deals you close, • Performance bonuses for hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets, • No base salary, this role is built for closers who want unlimited upside and full ownership of their earnings, • Fully remote, work from anywhere Why Pulsle • Get in early at a founder-led SaaS company with two distinct products and active pipelines across 8+ countries, • Sell a product with a clear, differentiated wedge against incumbents, • Direct line to the founders, your feedback shapes the roadmap, the pitch, and the playbook, • Genuine uncapped earning potential with no territory restrictions

Since 2019, we've been flipping the script on standard burger joints by serving up the unusual: venison burgers, soft shell crab, prawn bites, and saucy wings that won wingfest for 2 years in a row (the worlds biggest, chicken wings competition). Our black and orange livery isn't just for show it signals that we're different. We're cheeky, street-wise, and obsessed with the global sauces that give us our name. The Role We're looking for enthusiastic Front of House Saucerers who can match our energy. You'll move between outstanding counter service that feels friendly and familiar, accurately packed takeaway handoffs, and well co-ordinated deliveries in a fast-paced, music-driven environment. This isn't fine dining it's fine fast food and we need people who can deliver warmth and efficiency without the stiffness. What You'll Do • Greet every guest like a regular whether they're grabbing a quick loaded box fix before the match or settling in for a full spread of wings and our signature burgers!, • Guide customers through our sauce-forward menu: explaining why our burgers hits different, what makes our soft shell crab special, and which global sauce pairs best with their order, • Handle orders across multiple channels dine-in, click-and-collect via our online system, and delivery handoffs keeping The Sauce brand experience consistent., • Run the till, process payments, and manage the flow during pre-match rushes and weekend peak times, • Package takeaway orders using our eco-friendly custom boxes and sauce-proof wrapping presentation matters even when it's going out the door., • Keep the front of house spotless: sauce drips are part of the experience, but the counter stays pristine, • Jump between FOH tasks one minute you're pulling milkshakes, the next you're restocking sauce bottles with labels and supporting chefs with dropping fries.
