The main responsibilities and requirements of the role will include: • As the Plant’s subject matter expert (SME) providing technical assistance in all body joining matters (welding, adhesives & sealants), • Working closely with production and maintenance teams to identify technical bottlenecks and provide technical solutions, • Working with production to improve weld efficiency and quality, • Improving adhesive performance and anti-corrosion aspects, • Liaising with CCRW, • Training Maintenance personnel, • Supporting Body shop engineering as part of a multi functional team, • Supporting model launch and engineering change programmes Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following: • Be a time-served Electrical/Mechanical/Multi-Skilled engineer, • Have a HNC qualification in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate others, • Effective work / time management skills, • Good communication skills at all levels Applicants should apply no later than Monday 05 January 2026.
