The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to provide technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and project oversight within our rail manufacturing environment. Background in automation systems involving system schematics, schematic capture tools like CAD or Revit. Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively using tools like MATLAB or Simulink. Resource & Stock Management: Order materials, manage stock levels, and coordinate maintenance activities to support manufacturing and project requirements. Documentation & Quality Control: Review, update, and sign off electrical designs, test results, risk assessments, and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
