You will be responsible for supporting the ground floor dining team and head sommelier in the running of the beverages department, providing highly efficient and effective service, educating and recommending guest on wines with trained skills and expertise as well as training members and management on wines. The ideal candidate should have a stable employment history and preferably but not necessarily hold wine/hospitality qualification.
