This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across the full spectrum of building surveying services, including: • Design and specification, • Contract administration, • Clerk of works, • Building surveys and dilapidations, • Tendering and cost control, • Site inspections and client liaison You’ll receive structured training and full APC support, working alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors and recently qualified professionals. 👤 About you You’ll be: • Educated to degree level in Building Surveying, • Well-organised, proactive and commercially aware, • Keen to learn and develop across multiple project types, • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, • A full UK driving licence holder Experience or knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, NBS, surveys, project management or maintenance is beneficial but not essential. 📩 Interested?
