Reseller Account Manager Location: Manchester Salary: £50k to £60K DOE plus bonus Full time: Permanent Remote/Hybrid: some travel to Manchester We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Reseller Account Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding a vital network of resellers across the UK and internationally. Operating within the key sectors of health, sport, and travel, you will nurture and develop existing partner accounts while also identifying and recruiting new resellers, primarily within health clinics and sports medicine organisations. Your goal will be to drive sales performance through the channel, provide exceptional commercial support, and solidify our client's position in their core markets. The Role: • Manage and grow relationships with existing and new resellers in the UK and overseas., • Drive sales across health clinics, physiotherapy practices, sports medicine and travel partners., • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets., • Provide training and support to ensure resellers understand our client’s products and value., • Collaborate on promotional campaigns, product launches and marketing initiatives., • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with partners., • Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and pipeline updates in CRM systems., • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to shape strategy., • Act as the primary contact for resellers, ensuring alignment with our client’s objectives., • Resolve queries promptly, delivering excellent service., • Report on sales performance and progress to senior management., • Attend trade shows and industry events to build networks and generate leads., • Provide structured feedback to internal teams for product and service development. Who we are looking for: • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience., • 3–5 years’ experience in account, channel, or reseller management, within health, sports, or wellness sectors., • Proven track record in building and growing reseller or distribution networks., • International sales experience advantageous., • Commercially astute, target-driven, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple accounts across markets., • Skilled in influencing and motivating partners to achieve shared goals., • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. To achieve the top end of the salary band, 3–5 years of proven experience in account, channel, or reseller management within healthcare/wellness or sports, with a track record of building and growing distribution networks, is essential. JOB BAND: SL (Senior Leader) CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent Full-time DEPARTMENT: BBC Sport LOCATION: Media Centre Salford/ This role can be based in Salford or the incumbent can work from the Salford office 3 x days a week. The travel would be self funded) The Editorial Executive provides editorial creative and compliance support to the Director of BBC Sport. The role will advise on support and co-ordinate BBC Sports output including co-ordination of an extensive range of editorial changes and projects across BBC Sport. This is a brand new role and will have the opporutnity to work closely with colleagues across BBC Content and in other divisions to support BBC Sports editorial strategy. Your Skills and Experience: • Experience of creating and launching new editorial products., • Experience operating at a senior level. A convincing and persuasive communicator able to influence senior stakeholders., • Able to establish effective and collaborative relations across BBC internal departments and external agencies/ stakeholders where required., • Uses data to support decision making as well as influencing strategy and editorial direction.
