As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions between buyers and sellers. Your role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing guidance on market conditions, and negotiating prices to achieve the best outcome for your clients. This role includes showing prospective buyers and tenants around properties, deal with incoming enquiries and generally contribute to the output of the team. Here, you’ll enjoy a diverse role that will see you getting and letting properties, as well as encouraging clients to take advantage of our complete portfolio of property services. You’ll receive full training and support from experienced professionals, giving you the tools and knowledge to progress quickly within the company. We are in search for an individual to join our lettings team with no previous experience or skills. Full UK Driving Licence required, and you must have your own car! Skills & Experience Required: • Previous experience as a Bar Manager / Assistant Bar Manager / Senior Bartender in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hotel in the UK., • Strong leadership and people-management skills., • In-depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits., • Proven ability to manage budgets, stock control, and financial reporting., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • Personal Licence Holder (preferred but not essential).
