Property Litigation Solicitor – Senior Associate to Partner Level Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton, Bristol, Bath or Cardiff (Hybrid/Flexible Working) Full-Time | Permanent Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor looking to take ownership of your work, grow a team around you, and shape the future of a thriving legal service? We are a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm with a head office in Plymouth and a satellite office in Bath, and we're seeking a senior-level solicitor to build and lead our Property Litigation offering. About the Role Due to an increase in demand and our current reliance on outsourcing for property litigation matters, we are now bringing this area in-house and are looking for the right individual to take the lead and grow this service line. This is a rare opportunity to shape your own team within a supportive, entrepreneurial environment and become a key player in the firm’s continued expansion. Location & Flexibility We’re open to hearing from anyone across Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton, Bristol, Bath or Cardiff, with occasional visits to our Plymouth or Bath offices. What You'll Do: • Handle a broad range of property litigation matters (commercial and residential), • Advise clients on landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, adverse possession, rights of way, and more, • Develop and manage your own caseload with autonomy, • Play a leading role in growing the property litigation team, • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal departments and external clients What We’re Looking For: • 6+ years PQE in Property Litigation, ideally with strong commercial and residential experience, • A self-starter with a desire to build and lead a team, • A commercially minded individual who can see the big picture and identify growth opportunities, • Someone with an existing following or the drive and network to build one over time Why Join Us? • Real opportunity for progression to Head of Department or Partnership, • Hybrid working model with a strong focus on work-life balance, • Supportive and collaborative culture, • Competitive salary package and benefits, • The autonomy to make the role your own
