Key Responsibilities: Hot Food & Cold Production: - Prepare and cook a variety of hot food dishes to a high standard, consistently meeting food safety and quality guidelines. - Support the production and presentation of cold food items, including salads, sushi, or grab-and-go offerings. - Ensure all recipes are followed accurately and portion control is maintained. - Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene across food preparation and storage areas.
