Our expert Project Manager tutor will provide you with 2 case scenarios for you to complete that will be based on real-world situations. Official exams At this final stage, we will prepare you to take your official Prince2 & Agile Foundation exams. The exams can be taken at one of the approved test centres across the UK or online from your own home. PM Role Through our range of partnerships throughout the UK with Project Management organisations, we are able to place you into an entry level role within your local area. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance functions in accordance with UK accounting standards, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to all statutory and regulatory obligations. Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and annual budgets; conduct financial analysis and performance reviews to provide insights that support management in strategic and operational planning. Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, reconciliation, and credit control, ensuring effective cash flow management and sound financial operations. Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and HMRC to ensure accurate tax filings, audit compliance, and the timely submission of statutory financial reports and regulatory documentation. Design, implement, and maintain robust internal financial control systems and reporting procedures to safeguard company assets, promote accountability, and assist management in business growth and investment decisions.
