EU Regional Sales Manager • Basic Salary: £60,000 - £100,000 + Additional Bonus, • Location: Europe, • Remote & Field Based, • International Travel This is a senior, commercially significant role within the European commercial helicopter market. You will take ownership of the full European territory for a globally respected aerospace manufacturer. Your decisions will directly influence regional revenue, long-term operator partnerships, and the company’s strategic footprint across Europe. This role is oftentimes the linchpin in this companies European operations. Why This Role Is Attractive You will: • Own and shape the European growth strategy, not just execute someone else’s plan, • Work with a recognised portfolio of certified helicopter equipment trusted by operators worldwide, • Engage senior decision-makers across operators, completion centres, and MROs, • Own sales across Parts & Accessories, Firefighting, Floatation and Fuel, • Influence pricing, commercial structure, and long-term agreements, • Lead new product launches to market, • Operate with autonomy while having the backing of a global engineering organisation, • Have a clear path toward broader regional or leadership responsibility as the business expands The Business Our client is a global designer and manufacturer of certified helicopter solutions, supporting civil and military operators internationally. Their portfolio includes mission equipment, structural components, and aftermarket systems used by major rotorcraft OEMs, completion centres, and operators worldwide. Europe is a strategic growth region. Investment and senior leadership attention are aligned behind it. What You Bring • 8+ years within the helicopter or wider aviation sector, • International sales or strategic account management experience, • Strong understanding of operator buying cycles and aftermarket decision-making, • Experience negotiating complex, technical agreements, • Commercial confidence around pricing, margins, and risk, • Helicopter industry knowledge a requirement, • Field background such as pilot, maintenance, or engineering is advantageous Most importantly, you bring credibility. You are comfortable speaking to technical directors, fleet managers, procurement leaders, engineers and pilots in the hanger.
