    We are seeking a self‑employed cleaner to support a growing local business across Canterbury and the wider area. This is a practical, physical cleaning role suited to someone reliable, organised, and confident working independently. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and previous experience in commercial cleaning. Responsibilities • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas., • Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards., • Empty rubbish bins and ensure waste disposal is handled appropriately. Key Details • 2–3 days per week, with the option to increase hours as the business grows, • Typical working hours: 8:00–16:30 (subject to variation depending on workload), • £16 per hour, paid on a self‑employed basis, • Work involves travel between client locations Requirements and Qualifications • Must be able to drive and have own vehicle, • Registered as self‑employed (HMRC), • Based in or near Canterbury, • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred., • Comfortable with physical cleaning work, including lifting and standing for extended periods., • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., • Good organisational skills and reliability.
