- Prepare, create, and present a variety of desserts in alignment with the restaurant’s dessert menu. - Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new and innovative dessert and pastry items that enhance the overall menu offering. - Maintain high standards of quality, taste, and consistency across all pastry and dessert dishes. - Oversee the inventory and supply of all pastry-related ingredients, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times. - Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the kitchen environment. - Ensure the pastry section of the kitchen remains clean, well-organized, and fully operational at all times. - Work closely with other members of the kitchen team to support seamless daily operations. - Decorate and plate desserts with attention to visual appeal, ensuring each dish meets the restaurant’s presentation standards.
