Benefits • Competitive salary dependent on experience, • Flexible working arrangements including hybrid and flexible hours, • Ongoing professional development, including CPD sessions and training opportunities, • Mentoring and career progression within a supportive team environment, • Inclusive and collaborative studio culture, • Regular team social events and activities, • Wellbeing support initiatives, • Lead and contribute to architectural projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and office sectors, • Develop and coordinate design and technical proposals across multiple RIBA stages, • Produce and manage high-quality drawing and documentation packages using Revit, • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams, • Attend and contribute to client meetings, presentations, and design reviews, • Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and technical requirements, • Support junior team members and collaborate closely with the wider design team, • Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with several years of relevant professional experience, • Strong proficiency in Revit and experience working within a BIM environment, • Proven experience delivering projects within residential, commercial, industrial, or office sectors, • Strong technical knowledge with a good understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction processes, • Experience working across multiple RIBA work stages, • Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with clients, consultants, and contractors, • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively, • A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude To apply, please contact KAZ on OR alternatively, send your updated CV and Portfolio across to
