Develop test plans and conduct system testing to ensure solutions meet specified requirements. Identify and resolve any issues or defects with development teams. Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review. Assist with project management tasks as needed. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide ongoing support to ensure users are effectively utilizing systems. Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams. Facilitate communication and ensure stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and system changes. Drive continuous improvement within the works programme management and other core business systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field would be advantageous but not essential. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in business analysis, process improvement, and project management methodologies (e.g., SDLC). Strong communication, organisational, and data analysis skills; experience with tools like MS Visio, Lucidchart, or JIRA. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities CBAP, CCBA, or similar certification is a plus Previous experience of grounds or facilities maintenance is preferred Full Driving licence Why join us?
