This is a hands-on role, providing support to end-users across hardware, software, and network issues. You will work in-office 5 days a week, with excellent opportunities for career progression and training in both cloud and on-premise technologies. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users, both remotely and on-site. Manage and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
