Shift Manager Roles and responsibilities: • Liaise with Supervisors / Team Leaders to plan day to day running of the operation, ensuring orders are completed on time and in full., • Priority setting with the teams on in/outbound tasking across multiple clients., • Ensuring all orders are processed on time & to customers standards., • Liaising with external clients daily via phone & email., • Managing inventory / stock queries., • Ensure all relevant paperwork is processed and stored correctly for filing., • Managing staffing levels on a daily / weekly basis and People management, • Maintaining and enforcing strict security protocols and role modelling Health & Safety best practise across the site., • Keyholder with responsibility for opening/closing site. Requirements for the Shift Manager • An initiative-taking and independent personality with the ability to manage workload and prioritise appropriately., • Attention to detail., • Strong decision-making skills., • Innovation & creativity, the ability to bring new ideas to life., • Able to work alternate shifts., • Good written English for emailing internal & external customers.
