About the role: We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-growing team and assist with numerous activities within the company including: ● VAT and corporation tax calculations ● Prepare monthly management statements ● Record day to day financial transactions and complete the audit process ● Invoicing and issuing payments to landlords ● Reconciling invoices ● Reconciling revenues ● Review team expenses ● Cost Optimization About you: We are looking for someone with the following skills: ● Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records ● Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers ● Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software ● Proficiency in English and in MS Office ● High degree of accuracy and attention to detail ● Creativity and problem-solving aptitude ● Experience in using XERO accounting system ● Willingness and ability to have a proactive approach to handling various finance related projects ● Great understanding of financial statements including a balance sheet, income and cash flow statements.
