Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons across a range of subjects, • Step into classrooms with confidence and quickly establish a productive learning environment, utilising behaviour management skills where required., • Follow school specific processes and policies (e.g behaviour management, safeguarding), • Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and classroom expectations., • Support pupils of varying abilities, including SEN and EAL learners where required., • Keep students on task and motivated ensuring learning outcomes are achieved., • Provide feedback to school staff on lesson outcomes and pupil progression., • Maintain high-levels of professionalism, punctuality and reliability at all times.
