About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant within the academy, you will work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to ensure students with additional needs are fully supported in their learning journey. Some pupils may present with ASD, SEMH needs, or behavioural challenges, while others simply require additional guidance to succeed in a mainstream setting.
