Our team is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for an Operations Manager who can drive client success, ensuring our operations run smoothly while supporting clients at every step. The Role As Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine that keeps everything running efficiently and ensures clients get the service they deserve. You’ll lead on: ✅ Client-Focused Operations Strategy Optimising internal processes, office workflows, and fulfilment operations to enhance client satisfaction. ✅ Team Leadership & HR Support Mentoring and developing a performing team, supporting HR processes, and maintaining a people-first culture. ✅ SOPs & Process Improvement Creating, documenting, and refining Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency. ✅ CRM, LinkedIn & Systems Management Overseeing CRM usage and operational systems, including posting regularly to LinkedIn, to ensure seamless client communications, engagement, and brand presence. ✅ Finance Knowledge Using your understanding of finance to support operational decision-making and reporting. ✅ Collaboration & Impact Partnering with leadership to align operational decisions with business goals, client success, and company values. You won’t be doing it alone — you’ll work alongside leadership and operations coordinators, focusing on strategy, efficiency, and client impact.
