Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a leading industrial services and safety training provider to recruit a Training Manager. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced HSE or training professional to take full ownership of training quality, compliance, and operational performance across a specialist portfolio of safety-critical courses. The Role This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for the direction, delivery, and continuous improvement of industrial safety training operations. You’ll oversee a broad training offering including confined space, working at height, CCNSG Safety Passport, and fall protection, ensuring all programmes are delivered safely, compliantly, and to the highest standard. Alongside quality and compliance, you’ll drive operational efficiency, team performance, and client satisfaction, playing a key role in maintaining the organisation’s reputation as a trusted training provider. Key Responsibilities: Training & Quality Leadership • Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality safety training programmes, • Standardise training frameworks and ensure consistency across all courses, • Monitor instructor performance and drive continuous improvement, • Ensure full compliance with HSE legislation, awarding bodies, and internal standards, • Manage audits, accreditation requirements, and regulatory relationships, • Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and training delivery efficiency, • Manage budgets and optimise cost-effective delivery models, • Lead, coach, and develop a team of trainers and coordinators, • Promote a strong safety culture and high-performance environment, • Support business development through technical input and client engagement, • Contribute to proposals, training solutions, and client presentations, • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, • Support marketing initiatives, workshops, and industry events About You We’re looking for a senior HSE or training professional with strong leadership capability and a passion for safety, compliance, and people development.
