The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Account Executive (AE) to join our UK Sales Team remotely. Key Requirements • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or similar technology sectors., • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas over the past two years., • CRM proficiency: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM for pipeline management, sequencing, and reporting., • Strong outbound sales experience, confident with cold outreach and developing new business pipelines from scratch., • Skilled in presentations and product demos, with experience running at least 10+ demos or client presentations per quarter., • Experience working with UK and European clients preferred., • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)., • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital sales tools, virtual meeting platforms, and sales enablement software.
