The Opportunity The HR Manager is a critical, currently standalone role responsible for owning and executing all facets of the human resources function for the organization. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC), where you will be the single point of accountability for both daily HR Operations and the strategic development of scalable HR infrastructure and policy. A key focus will be on implementing and optimising HRIS systems to automate processes, as well as providing expert employee relations guidance and ensuring full legal compliance.
