Lisa Wright Recruitment is supporting a client in their search for a proactive, customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join their busy IT team. This is a key role, providing technical support to lawyers, partners, and business support colleagues, ensuring they have reliable, secure, and well-supported technology. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver first-line IT support via phone, email, remote tools, and in person., • Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and network issues., • Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and legal applications (e.g., iManage)., • Build, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals., • Maintain inventories, adhere to security standards, and assist with IT projects., • Previous experience in professional services, financial, or legal environments., • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and user administration., • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills., • Experience with legal applications, networking, or remote working technologies., • Approachable, patient, and service-oriented., • Office-based with some hybrid working depending on business needs., • Occasional out-of-hours or weekend work for system upgrades or critical issues.
