Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:00pm (32.5 hours per week) Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only Right Education is working with a specialist provision in Spalding to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people who need consistency, encouragement and positive relationships to succeed. The setting provides a nurturing environment with small class sizes, allowing staff to build strong relationships with pupils and support them both academically and emotionally.
