Known for innovation, reliability, and a strong reputation in the market, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Office Manager to join their UK Sales division. The Role: As Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the inside sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role combines people leadership, sales strategy, and performance management. You will drive sales growth, support team development, and play a key role in shaping branch performance. Responsibilities of a Sales Office Manager: • Lead, motivate, and develop the inside sales and warehouse teams, • Ensure the office runs efficiently and supports business needs, • Set clear sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs, • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews, • Develop and implement sales strategies in line with business objectives, • Analyse sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to the Regional Sales Manager, • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure exceptional service delivery, • Monitor budgets and ensure effective resource allocation, • Collaborate with wider teams to align branch performance with company goals Requirements of a Sales Office Manager: • Minimum 5 years’ experience at sales management level, • Strong understanding of modern sales management techniques, • Skilled in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), • Ability to develop sales targets and deliver results, • Experience creating and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, • Knowledge of the electrical distribution, building, or construction industry is advantageous, • Strong leader with excellent communication skills, • Proactive, organised, and commercially driven, • Confident decision-maker with the ability to influence and negotiate, • Supportive team player who can inspire and motivate others, • Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and integrity
